Your Package & Options

Portraits come in two different finishes:
The Regular Finish is a photo finish. This is Kodak’s Endura portrait paper which has a lifetime of 200 years under normal light.

The Premium Finish is a semi-luster that gives your portraits a soft velvet finish. Your 8x10, 5x7 and 4x5 portraits will be presented in beautiful photo mounts with the Premium Finish upgrade. Photo mounts give your portraits an elegant look.

All portraits are printed in units and units may not be split.

About your proofs

When you receive your proofs we will ask you to return them by the date indicated on your proofs so that your photo can be submitted to the yearbook on time for their deadline. After this date, the selection will be made by the studio.

We need to have the original proof sheet returned for positive visual identification of your portrait. To order, write under each pose the number of portraits from that pose. Select your packages and options on the order form located on the back of your proof sheet. Lost proofs may be reordered for a $25.00 fee. If the yearbook is different than the package your are ordering add $19.00 retouching fee.

Additional Poses

When ordering, a common situation comes up when the parent and the senior want different poses. This can be remedied by adding an additional pose to your package for an additional cost.

Retouching

Basic Retouching: Included in all packages. This is the removal of minor blemishes, softening of eyebags (i.e. wrinkles, crows feet.)

Complex Retouching: For an additional fee, there are techniques available to smooth skin, remove heavy blemishes, heavy eye bags, facial scars, neck lines, moles, etc. Refer to your order form and write in any details for complex retouching.
